Religious Education - Social Justice (Beliefs In Action)
- Create a Poster describing a mission as directed by your teacher
- Watch the movies - Invictus and the Blindside (parental permission required)
- Rates
- Scientific Notation (Prime Numbers)
- Algebra (basic introduction) (use of associative, commutative and distributive laws to aid mental and written computation)
- You will be required to write a book review on a selected picture book from our library
- Spelling activities
- Grammar activities
- The relative movements of the Earth, sun and moon (model the rotation and revolution)
- Why do seasons occur on Earth?
- Why do phases of the moon occur?
- What are solar and lunar eclipses?
- Transitioning into high school (various scenarios given)
- Geography - suggested mapping task from your home to your new high school (answer various questions related to your route)
