Hi all 7 Greener students and their parents...
Firstly, let me say that this week is going to be steaming... therefore we ask that you remember to bring an icy cold water bottle to school each day.
A massive congratulations is in order for all the 7 Green students! You did a fabulous effort in presenting your assembly last Wednesday. Mrs Cullen and I received such wonderful feedback about your performance - so well done.
This week in Maths we will continue to look at area of shapes. Remember that you must finish any class work that you don't finish in class for homework. AND REMEMBER TO BRING BACK YOUR BOOKS THE FOLLOWING DAY! :)
This week in English we will continue working through our narrative writing components. This week's focus will be on dialogue. Maybe you can tell mum and dad the four important ideas for good dialogue. I'll start you off... Good dialogue uses: SPOKEN WORDS...
This week in Science we will continue to look at the three laws of motion. In particular, we will concentrate on balanced and unbalanced forces at work and then friction on different surfaces. Can you remember how we measure force?
This week in Grammar we are going to continue working on our COMMA RULES... There are five main rules, can you remember them all? If not maybe you should study your notes...
Here's to a week filled with fun and learning...
Ms C and Mrs C :)
